-MM with unlimited amout of minions. Fun times.
-Not many people knew what to do in the missions.
-THK was filled with people, and local chat was always "GLF one more monk!"

Ewww, I remember putting all of my points in protection prayers (was level 9 necro xD) and then I was like : big brother, how come I can't put my points back to blood magic ? xD. After that day and until the refund points died, I didn't put anything in protection prayers lol.

Yeah, before gaining Balth faction was taking forever lol.

My main motives to create a monk : to farm

and to get into PUGs really fast lol.

I remember getting gimped into an all smiting build I had used at level 16 to do that one quest that starts from Beetletun. That one where you fight all those undead hordes.

Yeah, I vaguely remember a time without wiki. Now I can't imagine GW without it. It's such a great skill list.

Oh, and don't forget about the day black dye went off the trader...

I never used Wiki until after NF came out. Did everything without it. Made it fun but a little harder...

Black Dye at like 20k, Ectos at over 17k, Shards over 10k... good old days. Sup Vigor was like 100k+35e. Man those were the days...

ah yes the old days....my first character..fire ele, fire storm was THE spell...remember the day it was nerfed and everyone went to water---maelstrom became THE spell....ah, glad those days are over (and that we can re-allocate points when we want to).

also remember not being able to change your secondary at will--after you ascended....now, pff...still dont change my secondaries---most of my characters have the one they started with (exceptions include my rits one of whom went /p to unlock the skills, the other went /w to unlock the warrior skills...just couldnt make an ugly warrior until the ones in nf came out and I liked the female warriors finally)...and my monk who is working on his elite skill title.

now someone hand me my cane! need to get over to the couch for my late nite nap.

I wasn't really active during these days =(. I had no computer, so I was obligated to play with my friend's computer 1day/week :|. But I started in summer 2005, june IIRC. Now I'm at... 6500hours for 31 months, but five without computer. I pretty made up my time

Idk how much I have. Probably alot due to all the times I have afk'd for festivals and leaving it up when I left to go somewhere... But ya the good ole days were freaking awesome. Getting my first 15k armor was a huge accomplishment, especially since not as many people had them. Now everyone has 15k if not Obsidian armor. >.>

3.5k hours over 32 months. Afk farming helps rake in the hours. I remember when saving for my 15k armors were a pain in the butt. It took me 2 weeks for platemail.

I got Ascalon as my first 15k because I thought it looked cool. Had 1.5k Platemail before that. I remember grinding money to get a 55 set for my monk so he could do UW... that was a ton of money.

oh yeah I remember picking out WHICH 15k armor based on it bonuses....now we can use them for anything.....glad that was changed! (and I STILL have 3 pieces of my aeromancer armor, hated the boots so when factions came out they went in the trash!....and she still has the same head piece....2+ years and never changed it).

It took me ages to get my first 15k on my first character, my male ranger x) (now deleted). I took druid, 'cause it was the most good looking armor.

My brother had a bunch of characters with 15k armor that he deleted. And he wonders why he never has any money. oO

It took me 2 years that get a 15k for my necro (vabbian), because that's the time it took me to decide which armor I want

. After getting the Vabbian, I realized that money was easy to get so I farmed for 2 weeks and brought 3 15k xD.
